Purpose:
ProActs Suspended Solids Removal System (SRS) is designed to filter suspended solids from water in construction, manufacturing process water, dredging operations, hydro-demolition and other applications. Storm water runoff carries suspended solids such clay and silt into the watershed affecting the turbidity and TMDL (Total Maximum Daily Load) which has become a recent focus of many environmental regulators. Manufacturing process water is often required to be recycled and requires filtration and treatment before being reused.

Capability:
ProAct's SRS system can operate a temporary clarifier/ filtration unit that can remove particulates and adjust pH in process water for manufacturing needs. Dredging operations may be required to treat their water stream before it is discharged back into a waterway. Hydro-demolition operations face having to recycle or treat their waste water. ProAct's SRS solids through multiple filtration techniques along with chemical injection to aide in the treatment process. The SRS can inject polymers to floc together suspended solids so that they can be captured by filter media.

At ProAct, we have built a completely enclosed mobile system, which features computerized operation which dramatically reduces man power cost. It can be controlled at your office or home and even from your smart mobile phone. The SRS system provides 24/7 year round operation without constant supervision and is able to send email notifications to operators to alert them of any issues. The system monitors discharge parameters automatically will not discharge water not within its set parameters which gives clients peace of mind. ProAct can also custom tailor the SRS to fit any application.

Safety is the priority on every job site. ProAct has an excellent OSHA Safety record. Our staff is first aid and 40 hour Hazwoper trained and participate in medical monitoring, drug, and alcohol testing. In an ongoing effort to promote safety, we hold daily risk assessment meetings and discuss the site activities for the day, to ensure we maintain a safe work environment.
