| ILTA Conference May 21-23, 2012 Come check us out at the ILTA conference in Houston, Texas on May 21-23, 2012. We will be stationed at booth 326. Our team of specialists will be talking about and handing out information on our latest treatment technology for industrial degassing and vapor control services. SVE System: ProAct Services was contracted to build a soil vapor extraction (SVE) system which will require to operate at a flow rate of 730 CFM @ 110" water. The system will also be able to air sparge at 160 CFM @ 11 PSI. For the SVE side of the treatment system it will use a four well manifold to suck from the wells designated by the client. The air being sucked from the wells will be treated for the first phase by a resin and for the second phase the air will be treated by activated carbon. The air sparge side of the treatment system will use a two well manifold to inject air into the ground to help clean up the contaminated site. Dewatering Treatment System: ProAct Services has been contracted by two different companies to build nine dewatering treament systems to be used in New Jersey. The systems have been designed to dewater the treches being dug for a 36" and 42" pipeline being put into the ground for the transportation of natural gas. Each system will contain two 10,000 lbs media vessels, 4-48" sand pod filters, a five stage bag filter, a frac tank, a special designed aerator tank, a 14,000 lbs Zeolite media bed vessel, and a chemical tote. The system has been designed to treat the contaminated water at a rate of 500 GPM. The system will be able to treat for metals, total suspended solids, and dissolved solids. SRS System: ProAct Services has been contracted to build two more suspended solids removal systems (SRS) for the chesapeake bay in Maryland. Our SRS systems are fully automated and capable of being monitored from a smart phone, which will reduce the amount of man power needed for the job. Our SRS systems process room will contain all treatment equipment needed along with heaters and thermostat for wintertime operations. The process room will also contain a fan and thermostat for summer time operations and in the event, that odors are observed and require evacuation. Controls for these heaters and fans will be placed near the control panel. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
