What ProAct looks for:
ProAct is always looking for motivated, innovative environmental professionals to join the ProAct team. We are only interested in individuals who are self-motivated, driven to produce a superior product, work independently and take problems as a challenge to overcome. Specifically, we are seeking individuals with backgrounds in environmental remediation and water treatment. A current 40-hour HAZWOPER certificate is necessary.

ProAct is looking to fill multiple positions in Northern NJ (Linden, Bayonne, Jersey City) and Staten Island:

Licensed N2 Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators:
Looking to hire two N2 licensed, wastewater treatment operators to supervise treatment of multiple mobile water treatment systems. Treatment technologies will include sand filtration, clay filtration, and carbon filtration.

CDL Class A Truck Drivers:
Looking to hire two CDL class A truck drivers to mobilize and demobilize water treatment trailers and frac tanks. Seeking motivated candidates to operate company owned trucks. Work responsibility could include assisting in treatment system mobilizations and demobilizations depending on current work loads.

Assistant Operators:
Several positions are available for assistant operators which will be responsible for mobilization/demobilization of treatment system and piping, operation of pumps and process valves and general maintenance of the treatment system. Assistant operators will work under the direct supervision of an experienced operator. Some pump or mechanical experience is preferred, but not required, willing to train the right people.

Eligibility Requirements:

Successful candidate must be able to pass a DOT drug and alcohol test as well as a DOT physical.
Must posses a driver's license, and be able to be insured under company's insurance policy.
No felony convictions within the last 5 years.
Ability to work overtime.
